I want to buy a clock but when will it arrive?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days, they can then take between 1-2 days for UK and 3-5 days worldwide to arrive. I will email to say your clock is in the post, however I cannot be responsible for postal delays.

How do you post the clocks?

Clocks are sandwiched between copious amounts of foam in a special double thickness cardboard box, to ensure it has a safe journey. Will be posted within 2-3 business days.

What happens if it arrives broken?

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your clock arrives in one piece, accidents do happen. If you open the box to find a cracked/broken clock, please take a photo immediately and email me. I will then try to find another to replace it. Proof of breakage must be supplied within 3 days of receiving the item to ensure a replacement.

Do you accept refunds?

If you decide the clock won't be happy on your wall you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. Please email to inform me and to arrange returning in original packaging, I cannot refund the postage.

What batteries does the clock take?

The clocks take 'AA' batteries, I've included one to get you started, as there is nothing worse than getting a new gadget and then having to spend ages looking for a battery which works!

How will I hang it on the wall?

The clock has a hook attached to the clock movement, so you just need to knock a  nail or hook into wherever you want it to hang.

I've seen one I like but its sold out, do you have any more?

Please use the contact form, and send a link of the one you like, I may have another I can create or something similar.

Can you change the hands to a different colour?

If there is a plate you like but would prefer a different coloured hands, email me via the contact page so I can arrange this for you.
